↓ In 2019, Dali once again announced the successful development of a 6-megapixel ultra-large area array uncooled detector, which is the industry's first 3072 × 2048 uncooled infrared focal plane detector product.
This detector adopts the amorphous silicon technology route, the pixel center distance is 12μm, and the area array size is 3072 × 2048.
The product maintains the characteristics of large area array, high uniformity and high stability of amorphous silicon technology.
The larger area array of amorphous silicon infrared detectors can provide higher speed and more detailed infrared images to meet the needs of high dynamic and large field of view applications. It is suitable for high-end application scenarios such as aerospace, space remote sensing, and situational awareness.
